About the role


Our company is growing, and we have an outstanding opportunity for a Sales professional who has a passion for medical device sales and commercialisation. Please find a brief description of the role below.

  • A sales professional, with a minimum of five years full-time sales experience building sales revenues against quarterly and annual revenue targets;
  • Confident at public speaking and delivering product information and education to a range of medical professionals and group sizes;
  • Ideally speaks one or more European languages;
  • Ability to travel regularly within the UK and to Europe; and
  • A collaborative and communicative team member.

Skills and experience

  • Demonstrated expertise in pipeline management and sales conversion;
  • New market-entry experience in Europe;
  • New product category sales experience;
  • Distributor recruitment and management experience, including accompanying distributor salespersons visits to key accounts, providing sales support, training, and product detailing;
  • Experience in progressing new medical devices through hospital and payer reimbursement processes;
  • Ideally with prior knowledge of the colorectal, gastroenterology, and/or synthetic nutrition market;
  • A clear understanding of the NHS Healthcare system and the UK healthcare market; and
  • Experienced and used to working with digital technologies, especially CRM systems.

Inbound Marketing & Sales Coordinator

About the role

  • Opportunity to be a part of the sales and marketing team of New Zealand’s leading emerging medical device companies
  • Coordinate company-wide digital and traditional marketing activities, including social media postings, webinars, advertising, and conferences
  • In-bound sales activity involving cold-calling and lead identification and generation
  • Conduct and report on analytics of key marketing activities
  • Content creation and producing marketing collateral targeted at colorectal surgeons
  • Health economic and market research analysis to support the sales and marketing team
  • Maintenance of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
  • Work to develop/enhance lead generation methods by identifying campaigns, services, and distribution channels opportunities

Skills and experience

  • Bachelor of Science Degree majoring in Health Sciences, Biomedical Science, or Physiology preferred
  • Digital marketing and social media experience preferred
  • Experience with engaging with and marketing to surgeons, nurses, nutritionist, and dietitian preferred
  • Experience with graphic design software and digital marketing tools
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management tools
  • Analytical and adept in IT platforms
  • Fast learner and adaptive to a fast-changing environment and industry
